Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has sold a 1.09-hectare land parcel in Pune for ₹15 crore, according to property registration documents.
Mumbai: Veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has sold a 1.09-hectare land parcel in Pune district for ₹15 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.
The transaction involves a land parcel located in Lohegaon village in Haveli taluka, Pune district. The Deed of Conveyance between Rakesh Roshan and CP Lands LLP was registered on December 26, 2025, the documents showed.
According to the registration records, a stamp duty of ₹1.05 crore was paid to complete the transaction.
Neither Rakesh Roshan nor CP Lands LLP had responded to queries regarding the deal at the time of publishing.

The land parcel is situated in Lohegaon, one of Pune's fast-developing localities that has witnessed growing real estate activity in recent years.
The area has attracted interest from developers and investors due to improving infrastructure and its proximity to key commercial and residential hubs.
The latest transaction adds to the list of high-value property deals involving members of the Roshan family over the past year.
The Roshan family has completed several residential and commercial property transactions during 2025.
In November 2025, Hrithik Roshan, along with HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, purchased 10 commercial office units in Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹28 crore, according to property registration documents.
During the same month, Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila Rakesh Roshan (Pinkie Roshan) also acquired five commercial office units in Andheri for ₹19.68 crore.
Earlier in November, Sunaina Roshan, daughter of Rakesh Roshan, purchased two commercial units in Andheri East for ₹6.42 crore.
In May 2025, Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan sold three residential apartments in Andheri West, Mumbai, for a combined value of ₹6.75 crore.
One apartment measuring 1,025 sq ft in Veejays Niwas CHS Limited was sold for ₹3.75 crore, while another 625 sq ft apartment in Raheja Classique changed hands for ₹2.20 crore. The third apartment was also part of the overall transaction.
Apart from property purchases and sales, the family remained active in the leasing market. In January 2025, Hrithik Roshan leased out his 2,727 sq ft commercial property in Goregaon, Mumbai, at a monthly rent of ₹5.62 lakh.
Later, in February 2025, he also renewed the lease for a 9,209 sq ft commercial property in Kharadi, Pune, at a monthly rent of ₹6.08 lakh, according to property registration documents.
Rakesh Roshan is one of Bollywood's well-known filmmakers, producers and screenwriters. Over the years, he has directed several successful films, including Khoon Bhari Maang, Koi... Mil Gaya, and the popular Krrish film franchise.
The latest land sale in Pune reflects the Roshan family's continued presence in India's real estate market, where they have been involved in several notable property transactions across Mumbai and Pune.
